Brisket: Approximately 5 pounds, first cut
Bennett's Chili Sauce: 2 twelve fl. oz. bottles
Water: 24 oz
Lipton onion soup mix: 1-1/2 packets
Sugar: 3 TB
Carrots: 4 to 6 large carrots peeled and cut into large chunks
Salt and Pepper: to Taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all the ingredients (except the brisket and carrots) in a large bowl and set aside.
Put the brisket into a large size oven cooking bag (same size as used for turkey). Add the carrots. Add the chili sauce, soup mixture and seal the bag.
Place the bag into a large pan. Pierce the bag a few times with a fork.
Cook for 3 to 3.5 hours. Remove from oven and let brisket sit in bag 15 minutes before opening the bag. Open bag carefully.
Slice the brisket, pour sauce over the meat, serve, and enjoy!
